Course details

This qualification comprises of 10 units of competency of which the following 7 are core units:

CHCCCS044 Follow established person-centred behaviour supports
CHCDIS017 Facilitate community participation and social inclusion
CHDIS018 Facilitate ongoing skills development using a person-centred approach
CHCDIS019 Provide person-centred services to people with disability with complex needs
CHCLEG003 Manage legal and ethical compliance
CHCMHS001 Develop and maintain networks and collaborative partnerships
HLTWHS003 Maintain work health and safety

You must have completed a Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability).

Access to a computer with word processing, email, Zoom/other, PDF reader capabilities and an internet connection.

Language, literacy and numeracy (LLN) levels that indicate you have a high probability of being able to successfully complete the course.

Ability to allocate appropriate study hours per week- average 10 hours per week

Upon successful completion of this accredited course, students receive a CHC43121 Certificate IV in Disability Support, including a record of results.
