This qualification reflects the role of individuals in a variety of Business Services job roles. It is likely that these individuals are establishing their own work performance. Individuals in these roles carry out a range of routine procedural, clerical, administrative or operational tasks that require technology and business skills. They apply a broad range of competencies using some discretion, judgment and relevant theoretical knowledge. They may provide technical advice and support to a team.
This qualification comprises of 13 units of competency of which the following 6 are core units:

Every individual is different. While there are no entry requirements for this course, NV College may interview you to determine suitability and provide advice on the most suitable study pathway.
Unique Student Identifier (USI) – You will need to provide your USI number at enrolment. If you do not have one, please visit www.usi.gov.au and follow the links to ‘Create a USI’. You will be required to provide identification evidence to obtain a USI.
As part of the student entry procedure, we require students to undertake a standardised Language Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) assessment. The results help us to identify a student learning needs prior to training starting.
Delivery of this qualification is work-based.
This includes monthly on the job visits and assessments, work-based coaching, self-paced learning tasks and one-on-one coaching from our trainer as required.
The timeframe varies based on individual needs and the level of support required. It is self-paced and can take up to 12 months.

Upon successful completion of this accredited course, students receive a BSB30120 Certificate III in Business, including a record of results.
Employment pathways include roles working in administration in any style of business.
