The flexi option is great for those wanting a career change but aren’t able to take time off their current role to study and for those already working in the care industry and wanting a formal qualification.
That’s why we have flexible training options to suit your learning needs.
We understand the juggle to do everything. NV College want to make learning fit in with your family commitments and current work, that’s why we’re now offering online learning* with 15 units that can be completed online and the best part is you can start whenever you choose to.
1/1 catch ups or small group coaching sessions are included in the flexi study option to ensure you’re getting the best experience with your studies.

What is the CHC33021 Certificate III Individual Support?
This qualification gives you the skills and knowledge to work in disability, aged care and home and community care settings.
What is included in our course?
- Online learning – 15 units (recognition of prior learning may apply for those working in industry)
- Regular 1/1 or small group coaching sessions
- Three practical shifts working within our aged care facility with your trainer
- First Aid included in training course.
- Coordination of 120 hrs work experience, as required (with subsidised places available funded under NSW Smart & Skilled for eligible participants).
* observations will be required which can be arranged to meet each student’s individual availability.
