Our Safe Food Handling course is for anyone who works in a food business and handles food or handles things that are likely to be in contact with food for example plates and utensils.
A food handler may be involved in food preparation, production, cooking, display, packing, storage or service.
The SITSS00051 Food Safety Supervision Skill Set qualifies you to be employed as a Food Safety Supervisor.
All businesses that prepare and serve food in NSW are required to employ at least one Food Safety Supervisor. This includes cafes, restaurants, hotels, clubs, bakeries, take away shops, supermarket hot food sections, food stalls, B&Bs and similar businesses.

Our Barista course enables you to serve espresso coffee to professional standards using commercial equipment and good hygiene practices. You will learn how to advise customers on coffee beverages, select and grind coffee beans, prepare and serve espresso coffee beverages and to use, maintain and clean espresso machines and grinders.
Our Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) course is for anyone who sells, serves or supplies alcohol in NSW. It applies to people who sell or serve alcohol in roles such as licensees, managers, service staff, RSA marshals, security staff, promotional staff, club secretaries/directors and volunteers.
Our Responsible Conduct of Gambling course is for people who want to get employment where gaming and/or gambling is provided. Job roles include the licensee, gaming supervisors and gaming managers when involved in operational gambling activities.
