Our Macksville-based RTO taught these students the vital aged care and individual support skills they needed to succeed, which they then put into practice at various NVC Group locations through Nambucca and Macksville. They all worked either full-time or part-time and were paid for the work they did. Now, the graduates are well-equipped to continue working in aged care and can take their nationally-recognised qualification anywhere in the country!
One of our facility managers, Andrew Bailey, can be seen presenting certificates to Kayla, Krystal, Kristine, Jenny, Trent, Danielle and Chris. This cohort of students comes from mixed backgrounds. It’s not uncommon for school leavers, parents returning to work and people changing careers to undertake our aged care traineeships.
We offer a variety of study options, including RSA, first aid, safe food and aged care courses and traineeships.
