This qualification reflects the role of individuals working as developing and emerging leaders and managers in a range of enterprise and industry contexts.
As well as assuming responsibility for their own performance, individuals at this level are likely to provide leadership, guidance and support to others. They may also have some responsibility for organising and monitoring the output of teams.
They apply solutions to a defined range of predictable and unpredictable problems and analyse and evaluate information from a variety of sources.
This qualification comprises of 12 units of competency of which the following 5 are core units:

|Lead effective workplace relationships
|Coordinate business operational plans
|Apply communication strategies in the workplace
|Lead and facilitate a team
Students choose 7 elective units at time of enrolment.

There are no entry requirements for this course.
Delivery of this qualification is work-based.
This includes monthly on the job visits and assessments, work-based coaching, self-paced learning tasks and one-on-one coaching from our trainer as required.
This course is delivered over 9-12 months.
You can start any time.
Upon successful completion of this accredited course, participants receive a certificate including record of results.
Upon completion of this qualification students may continue into the BSB51915 Diploma of Leadership and Management.
